Stefan 36ddf78fc9 FIX: Issue with docker network 
Issue with docker-compose caused server to refuse to build on Server due to not being able to download from the Internet.
Might need to be reviewed at a later point

TypeScript is not used for browser development here, hence it does not know the type XMLHttpRequest (used by SuperAgent)
This is not an ideal solution
