Ruslan Kuprieiev 7600ccf8be remote: introduce cache_exists() method 
Making this method separate from exists() makes it easier to optimize
requests for large amounts of cache, since we can re-use the same prefix
for retrieving all the necessary information in a one single request.

Ruslan Kuprieiev e1f736eaad daemon: fix daemon when running in binary mode 
When running from binary, we need to fixup environment variables
before launching new processes. We also need to detach from the parent
tty, because otherwise it causes problems for PyInstaller.

Plus, when binary is built as --onefile it still creates pop-up terminal
on windows, so we need to switch to --onedir.

Ruslan Kuprieiev d5dd0fd804 test: don't use sleep 
Since we now use file size to help detect file changes on filesystems
with bad mtime resolution, we no longer need these explicit sleep()
calls in our tests for mac os.

Ruslan Kuprieiev 53e4e1c0a9 dvc: use local scheme as default 
There is no way to detect if some path is a valid path in a general
case, since every filesystem has its own requirements and limitations.
Instead, just default to a local path and let fs handle the rest.
