plots: Fix match_defs_renderers when plots are defined in nt format.
...
`plots.show` returned `definitions` in native `nt` format but sources in `posixpath` format so the matching was failing.
Closes #8689
- Add `test_show_plots_defined_with_native_os_path`.

macos-10.15 image has been deprecated for a while, see https://github.blog/changelog/2022-07-20-github-actions-the-macos-10-15-actions-runner-image-is-being-deprecated-and-will-be-removed-by-8-30-22/ and https://github.com/actions/runner-images/issues/5583 .
setup-ruby removed the support for these images yesterday: https://github.com/ruby/setup-ruby/pull/467 .
which fails our package builds. Now using macos-11 to build packages.
