* gdrive: minor clean using funcy 1.14 features
Employ @retry(filter_errors) and @wrap_prop() to pack things up a bit.
* gdrive: refactor dirs/ids/root_id cache and their uses
- cache root transparently
- make cache dirs and ids symmetric, i.e. both using full paths
- implement .list_cache_paths() instead of .all() like in the rest of
the remotes
* gc: make it safer by only activating by use of certain flags
Previous plain `gc` is now not supported. The same behavior can be trigger by
`gc -w` or `gc --workspace`. When `--all-{tags, commits, branches}` are
specified, it will work as if `-w` is also specified (same as before).
* tests: adjust gc to use workspace on test_repro
* remote.http: support _upload() via HTTP POST
- uploaded files are sent as chunked encoding POST data
Fixes#3247
* remote.http: add support for HTTP basic and digest auth
- username, password, ask_password options work the same way as for
ssh remotes
- basic_auth (bool) and digest_auth (bool) options added for http(s)
remotes
- digest_auth takes precedence over basic_auth if both are enabled
* remote.http: auth_method() unit tests
* tests: Add functional tests for HTTP remotes
- HTTP remotes now tested locally using a SimpleHTTPServer instance that
allows reading/writing to a temp directory
* tests: fix http tests on py3.5, 3.6
* remote.http: add custom auth method
* s/custom_header/custom_auth_header/
* Apply suggestions from code review

* dvc: refactor config
Advantages:
- read like a dict
- modify as a dict for testing or manipulation purposes
- wrap modifications into context manager to save them:
with config.edit("local") as conf:
conf["core"]["remote"] = "new-default"
Design decisions:
- dropped string constants
- remote sections are parsed into a simple subdict upon load
- remote config schema is now defined by url scheme
- relative paths are handled transparently upon load/save
- user config and remote manipulations are moved to commands
- same dev manipulations are done by simply modifying a config dict
* test: do not set cache.type for remotes that doesn't support it
* dvc: fix windows absolute paths validation in config
* test: fix windows separate drive test
* dvc: stylistic fixes in config
* erepo: cache all read only external repos by hexsha
So we have 3 things cached now separately:
- clean clones, to not ask for creds repatedly
- cache dirs, also shared between erepos with same origin
- checked out clones if they are read only, addressed by (url, hexsha)
Several additions to `Git` along the way:
- Git.is_sha() static method
- .pull() and .push() work with multiple returned records correctly
- .get_rev() and .resolve_rev() work faster
- .resolve_rev() looks for remote branches
- .has_rev()
Fixes#3280.
* git: improve .resolve_rev()
It follows `git checkout` logic now - if name can be unambiguously
resolved across known remotes then it's done.
* repo: throw if root_dir in Repo.__init__() is not a directory path
When Repo is instantiated with invalid urls such as 'http://github.com/iterative/dvc.git',
it does os.path.realpath which is not intelligent enough and just concatenates with current
working directory, which is then traversed outward. It might happen that the outward folder
is a dvc directory which is not really what we want.
So, a check for root to be a directory is added. Otherwise, NotDvcRepoError is thrown with
a custom message.
* repo: set message from raise for NotDvcRepoError
