Alexander Schepanovski 44264857c3 ui/perf: do not clone same repo multiple times (#2583) 
* ui/perf: do not clone same repo multiple times

Closes #2490

External repos are still created in /tmp. They might be reused until
main() end. If no perfect match is found then a repo with the same url
is copied (not cloned again) and adjusted to fit a request: rev and
cache_dir.

NOTE: test_download_error_pulling_imported_stage() was modified to not
rely on clone error.

* dvc: fix non-master default branch for external repos

* dvc: remove unused .unset_dir() method

Ruslan Kuprieiev cba8ac7a8f dvc: load state when taking repo lock in @locked 
We are always loading state when taking a repo lock, so doing it right
in @locked decorator simplifies the code for Repo methods.

Ruslan Kuprieiev ee976a1c1a run: make shell not load config files 
Config files like `~/.zshenv`, `~/.bashenv` etc, are loaded on each
shell invocation, which might overwrite the environment breaking the
commands we are trying to wrap. To fix that, we need to provide
appropriate flags to the shell we are using to avoid loading those
configs.
