stage:list: update output and help text (#5499)

* stage:list: update output and help text

* Replaced 'Produces' with 'Outputs'
* Replaced 'Stage depends on' with just 'Depends on'
* Changes help text of --names-only and --fail

* Update dvc/command/stage.py
