David 07c62de269 content(rules): update academic dishonesty phrasing 
Update the phrasing of the Academic Dishonesty rule based on feedback discussed in Discord. The old phrasing made it sound like this was ok, but it was actually talking about what academic dishonesty and not that its ok to talk about in TPH. This was reworded to remove the source of confusion.

* Correct Grammatical Errors

Corrected the following issues:
- fixed possession of some nouns.
- corrected common grammatical errors
- changed improper uses of 'which' → 'that'
- Cleaned up/clarified some prose

* revert to → too

* Fixed some small stylistic & grammatical errors

removed unnecessary commas, improved the flow of 'If you're a ~totally~ green noob...', made UUIDs `code style` as they're not proper names.

This is both adding more content to the existing article, as well as explaining the use of parameters inside immediate return arrow functions.

> The correction was changing it from telling the reader it was for one-line expression returns only, to logic-less expression returns as they could take up multiple lines in the case of it being an object or array or such.
