* hdfs: Replace deprecated pyarrow.hdfs.connect

Replace with pyarrow.fs.HadoopFileSystem, which has a different API.

Fixes #4905

* hdfs: fix copy/walk

* hdfs: Remove setting CLASSPATH

* Revert "hdfs: Remove setting CLASSPATH"
