prihoda d63db35100 Log computed stage MD5 in verbose mode 
Sometimes it is handy to manually update the stage MD5 checksum after some non-breaking changes were made (e.g. renaming an output file). Logging the computed md5 hash in verbose mode can help experienced users to fix this problem.

Ruslan Kuprieiev 8636f473e9 repro: fix --ignore-build-cache logic 
@robogeek has discovered that `dvc repro --ignore-build-cache` actually
force-reproduced ascendants of a changed stage instead of only
reproducing descendants. That bug was caused by a typo in an if
condition plus improper test.
