These are to allow using OAuth with your dvc, as
this is the recomended way to access gcp.

Ruslan Kuprieiev b707dbd0fe dvc: add 'dvc visual' 
This command generates dependency graph for specified target,
saves it in .dot file and also draws it into .svg file.
