* state: only load when needed
* state: don't use separate load/dump
* checkout: group link removal logic together
* state: use diskcache.Cache
* staging: use pbar and save to state
* state: don't pass the whole repo to __init__
* staging: explicitly pass state object
* fs: get rid of odb property
* state: don't close the connection to cache
* repo: close: close state
We used to think this way, but state is not really an fs concept
(fsspec's dircache is though), as it is a cache of hashes of objects
that we are staging, and the hash doesn't depend on fs, as it is usually
computed by us by reading from fs.
Pre-requisite for diskcache-based state.
* state: add simple reentrance
* state: pass Repo instead of LocalCache
* state: use granularly
Users could still load state preemptively if they want to bulk up
the operations, but other than that tree/cache will just load it
when they need it.
* dvcignore: ignore paths outside of CleanTree root
* remote: local remote/cache should always use its own working tree
* repo tree (CleanTree) instance should not be relevant to local cache
operations. When the dvcignore CleanTree is relevant, repo.tree should
be used. For local remote/cache operations, the local remote work_tree
should be used.
* state: tie state to local cache working tree
* tests: update tests
* state: use os.path.exists instead of WorkingTree.exists in some cases
* checkout: implement --show-changes flag to show detailed checkout details
Show summary by default on checkout
checkout: show directory modified even when files are removed from inside it
checkout: refactor template logic
checkout: change output format
checkout: do not show summary if nothing's changed
checkout: do not show summary if show_changes is specified
checkout: show '/' at the end if it's a directory
rename variable name
test: cover stats for checkout
checkout: show relink as not modified
checkout: remove unwanted message during empty checkout
pull: show summary on checkout
import/get: change external_repo to catch CheckoutError
fix tests and check if path is url
checkout: support external deps/outputs
tests: checkout on external outputs
* fix tests
* checkout: make show changes default and introduce summary flag to show summary
* address suggestions
* exceptions: remove extra spacing on erorr
* Update dvc/command/checkout.py

* dvc: refactor config
Advantages:
- read like a dict
- modify as a dict for testing or manipulation purposes
- wrap modifications into context manager to save them:
with config.edit("local") as conf:
conf["core"]["remote"] = "new-default"
Design decisions:
- dropped string constants
- remote sections are parsed into a simple subdict upon load
- remote config schema is now defined by url scheme
- relative paths are handled transparently upon load/save
- user config and remote manipulations are moved to commands
- same dev manipulations are done by simply modifying a config dict
* test: do not set cache.type for remotes that doesn't support it
* dvc: fix windows absolute paths validation in config
* test: fix windows separate drive test
* dvc: stylistic fixes in config

Replaced Path* dataclasses with PathInfo/URLInfo/CloudURLInfo, which
know how parse, serialize, stringify and join themselves. They also
provide useful accessors like part of an url or pathlib.Path like
.parent or .name.
Along the way two families of bugs where fixed and should never occur in
the future:
- paths not matched as strings anymore, e.g. using str.startswith()
- Output.path is eliminated as ambiguous
Both families might had caused undefined surprising behavior when local
and remote paths clash.
