tests: temporarily exclude gdrivefs from extras (#5483)

When trying to publish to pypi, we get:

```
Invalid value for requires_dist. Error: Can't have direct dependency:
"gdrivefs @ git+https://github.com/intake/gdrivefs.git ; extra ==
'tests'"
```
